RocketRide for VS Code

Build, debug, and deploy AI pipelines - without leaving your IDE.

Works in every VS Code-based editor. The same build supports VS Code and forks such as Cursor, Windsurf, and VSCodium — the visual canvas, runtime management, and pipeline tooling behave identically everywhere. The extension also auto-detects your coding agent — GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or Windsurf — and writes RocketRide agent rules into your workspace so the editor's AI understands how to build RocketRide pipelines.

Quick Start

  1. Install the RocketRide extension from the VS Code Marketplace
  2. Click the RocketRide icon in the Activity Bar
  3. Create a .pipe file - it opens automatically in the visual canvas builder
  4. Wire up nodes by connecting input and output lanes, then hit Play to run

What is RocketRide?

Connect, disconnect, and reconnect are buttons in the sidebar connection panel, not command-palette commands.
